She is having 24 yrs of experience in Microbiology . she looks after the Infection control department as well and constantly tries to bring down the healthcare associated infections with her innovative ideas . she writes and directs many skits, street plays and songs , edits brochure for the patients , attendants and hospital staff for creating awareness about infection prevention.
