69 yr old male with pyrexia of unknown origin .

PET/CT: Metabolically active well defined lesion in right adrenal gland.

Well defined tan brown tumor with residual adrenal gland at periphery (marked by arrow at one place)

Cut surface of adrenal gland showing tan brown solid tumor with residual identifiable adrenal gland at periphery.
