Clinical Context:

50 year old male with swelling and pain in right lower thigh.

Radiological details:

Lobulated expansile soft tissue mass arising from medial metaphyso-epiphyseal region of distal femur with cortical breach and extension to part of lateral femoral condyle and knee joint, adjacent soft tissues of knee and distal thigh with intraarticular extension and expansion of knee joint space. Mass measures 12.7 x 9.4 cm

Multilobulated endomedullary glistening white lesion (chondroid appearance) extending into soft tissue and joint space.
